Founded in 2015 by Madam Thai Huong, the Founder of TH Group, the Institute for Education and Human Development (EDI) has firmly established its position in the field of education in Vietnam. With a mission to improve the quality of education, the Institute not only aims to build a modern educational system but also places great emphasis on preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural identity in every training program. The harmonious combination of global integration and national values serves as the guiding principle for all of EDI's activities.

EDI is committed to working alongside schools and teachers nationwide to develop innovative and effective teaching programs. The Institute not only focuses on creating comprehensive training programs but also organizes conferences and specialized workshops to share knowledge and stay updated on the latest educational trends. In addition, EDI offers intensive training courses designed to enhance the teaching and management capabilities of educators, contributing to the development of a strong and dynamic educational community.

Through relentless efforts, the Institute for Education and Human Development is steadily contributing to the creation of a highly skilled Vietnamese workforce, ready to adapt to the changes of the world while maintaining their cultural identity. Mr. Stephen West

Mr. Stephen West

As an Australian educator with over 26 years in the field of education as a Teacher, Principal, Superintendent and Mentor in numerous countries, Stephen has garnered extensive experience and built a strong network in the education industry. These experiences have provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educational institutions today.

Throughout his career, he has implemented innovative strategies to improve student outcomes, increase stakeholder engagement, and cultivate a positive and inclusive teaching and learning environment.

His experience as an educator began over a 2 decades ago, when he graduated with a B. Arts in linguistics and 2nd language acquisition, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Education from the University of Newcastle, Australia. More recently, his passion for education led to graduate studies, where he pursued a Certificate in School Management and Educational Leadership from the Harvard Business School. This course of studies allowed him to explore and enhance leadership qualities, strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Stephen is a dedicated, proactive and innovative thinker, constantly seeking ways to motivate students, staff and the wider community to achieve academic excellence.

Prof. Nguyen Khanh Dieu Hong

Professor Dr. Nguyễn Khánh Diệu Hồng completed her PhD in Chemistry at University College London in 2007 and conducted her postdoctoral research at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. In 2012, she became the youngest Associate Professor in Vietnam and, in 2019, was recognized as the youngest Professor in the country.

With over 20 years of experience in education, she has taught at various secondary and tertiary institutions in Vietnam, as well as two years of teaching in the United Kingdom. She is currently the Principal of TH Schools in Vietnam and also serves as the CEO of the non-profit Go-Green Vietnam.

Professor Diệu Hồng has led 10 projects funded by the governments of the UK and Vietnam, the British Council, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the UK Newton Fund. She is the author of 8 patents and utility solutions, and has published 6 books, including 2 books released in New York, USA.

She has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal from the World Intellectual Property Organization, the CEPIN Gold Medal for Scientific Research, the commendation from the Vice President of Vietnam for being an "Outstanding Youth of the Capital," and recognition for her contributions to the research activities of young Vietnamese scientists.

In 2020, she was one of 25 intellectuals nationwide honored. In 2021, she received a Central Youth Union commendation for her contributions to youth movements. In 2024, she was honored with the "Medal for the Younger Generation."
