Erin’s global journey in education has taken her from inner-city classrooms in the US to humanitarian efforts in Africa. Whether training teachers, managing educational programs, or developing schools with the United Nations, her experiences abroad have shaped the understanding of diverse educational landscapes.
As an educational thought leader, she advocates for purposeful learning and impactful teaching. Through workshops, keynotes, and curriculum development, Erin empowers educators worldwide to inspire meaningful change in their classrooms. Her commitment to lifelong learning ensures that every educational endeavour is purpose-driven and impactful.
In addition to employing the strategies of Responsive Classroom, and Mindfulness Practices, she has been developing her own program called Happiness 101, in which she develops curriculum for the Habits for Happiness. Service learning and outdoor education are also key components in her work, as they foster a sense of self efficacy while reinforcing a sense of belonging and responsibility.
