Dr. Kim Manh Tuan is a distinguished lecturer at VNU University of Education and a Fulbright Scholar for the academic year 2024-2025, during which he will be a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University. With 15 years of experience in teaching and scientific research, Dr. Tuan has made significant contributions to the field of education, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence (AI).
As the co-founder of AIE CREATIVE (AI Education for All) and AI for Vietnam Education, Dr. Tuan is dedicated to promoting AI in education. He also serves as the Head of the Strategic Advisory Board at the Vietnam Center for Creative Education (VCCE). In addition, he manages two educational Facebook groups, "AI for Vietnam Education" and "Managers of Vietnamese Primary Education Institutions," with nearly 35,000 members combined.
Dr. Tuan's research focuses on AI in education, with an international book chapter and several publications in ISI/Scopus indexed journals. He has also coordinated the World Bank-funded Enhancing Teachers Education Program (ETEP) and has been a member of the judging panel for the Microsoft Innovative Educator E2 competition. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to the finals of the Hult Prize 2015 Startup Competition in San Francisco, USA.
Dr. Tuan's impressive achievements and ongoing work make him a key figure in advancing education through innovative approaches and AI integration.
