This course was tailored for Vietnamese teachers, co-teachers, and teaching assistants seeking to sharpen their skills, enhance their classroom effectiveness, and foster impactful learning experiences for their students.
Throughout 10 comprehensive training sessions, teachers had the opportunity to dive into effective teaching methods and classroom management strategies specifically tailored for each educational level: preschool, elementary, and middle school. Additionally, they were able to gain firsthand insights by observing foreign teachers, followed by collaborative discussions and detailed feedback sessions to solidify their understanding.
We have received a myriad of our participants’ positive feedback, which expressed a mixture of emotions—pride in their accomplishments, gratitude for the valuable insights gained, and excitement for the future. Many felt empowered, having deepened their understanding of effective teaching techniques and having observed the practical application of these methods in real classroom settings. The shared feedback and reflective discussions were also particularly powerful, as they allowed teachers to evaluate their approaches critically and adapt them to better meet the needs of their students.
While this course has successfully equipped Vietnamese teachers with valuable skills, the need for ongoing development remains. As such, we would like to provide more training programs to adapt to new educational trends, technological advancements, and student needs.
