Inspiring Future Educators: A Success Story from EDI and Hanoi National University of Education

We are thrilled to share the remarkable success of the "Advanced Professional Development" training program, a groundbreaking initiative implemented by Institute for Education and Human Development (EDI) in collaboration with Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE).

Over the course of January to February 2022, this meticulously designed program has been instrumental in equipping aspiring future teachers with essential English teaching methodologies and communication skills.

Program Highlights:

Stage 1: Investigating the English Language from Communication Perspectives Our participants delved into English language learning with a cultural and linguistic insight, exploring the intricate links between culture, language, and identity. This foundational knowledge empowers them to create a more engaging and culturally responsive classroom environment.

Stage 2: Mastering International Pedagogies The integrating global teaching strategies, including effective syllabus and lesson planning, as well as providing constructive feedback was intensively focused. This stage was tailored to ensure practical and accessible strategies for our trainees.

Stage 3: A-Level System Deep Dive In this intensive 24-hour session, trainees gained a comprehensive understanding of the A-Level system and Cambridge programs. This training included detailed insights into exam formats and evaluation methods, preparing them for high-stakes teaching environments.

With 120 participants benefiting from this comprehensive training, the program has been a testament to the dedication of both our experienced trainers and enthusiastic learners. We are proud to witness our trainees stepping into their future roles with enhanced skills and confidence.
