In this 60-minute introductory marketing workshop, we explore reasons for both rising and falling enrolment numbers, the decisions behind parent choices and whether the school is successfully implementing a sustainable public identity. We then look at ways to build an action timeline to facilitate a valid marketing plan.
- Note: This workshop is the introductory course to be taken before an advanced 2-hour marketing workshop which looks at dynamic forces, AIDA modelling and Porters market forces.
