Leading a class as a teacher is like being the captain of your very own ship, sailing in the direction where students learn best. However, when adding another abled teacher into the classroom, a new dynamic occurs...and sometimes learning to share isn’t easy.
This 3-hour workshop focuses on how working and sharing a class can be successfully implemented, with both teachers having equity in the lesson. Proper co-teaching can lead to greater efficiencies, better learning, a sharing of methodology and resources and way better learning experiences for students.
Join us as we break down the classic class ownership model and add some lively activities where we role play teachers and co-teaching styles.
